The Town Board will be holding a public hearing related to a proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit local law on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. This meeting will take place in the Town Hall Auditorium, located at 177 Hillside Avenue, Greenburgh, NY and is an opportunity for residents to comment on the law.  The local law, if approved, would regulate and permit Accessory Dwelling Units in the One-Family Residence Districts, by Special Permit.
