SOCCER LEAGUE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS APPROACHING

The Town of Greenburgh Department of Parks and Recreation would like to announce that registration for the 2019 Youth Soccer Clinic is now open. 

You can now register online by visiting www.greenburghny.com/parks then press the blue REGISTER NOW button and follow the prompts from there. Copies of this year’s registration forms have been sent to the local schools and are also available at Town Hall, the Library and the Parks and Recreation Registration office at 11 Olympic Lane, Ardsley, NY. Registration deadline is:  September 10, 2019.

This program will provide soccer instruction and a lot of fun!!! Soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, receiving and throw-ins are critical to good play. These, as well as many other skills, will be covered in this youth soccer clinic.

Kindergarten Boys and girls who reside or attend school in the unincorporated Town of Greenburgh are eligible to participate. Non-residents will be accepted if space remains after registration deadline and will be awarded in the order applications are received

Program will meet on the following Saturdays, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28 10/5, 10/12, 10/19

Times:  Session 1 – Co-ed Kindergarten  from 9:00 am – 10:00 am
              Session 2 – Co-ed Kindergarten  from 10:00 am – 11:00 am           

Where: Secor Woods Park off of Secor Road in Ardsley      

Cost: $99.00 Residents/ $119.00 Non-residents

Space is limited to 24 participates per session. Instruction is being provided by US Sports Institute clinicians.

Participants will be provided with a team shirt. Players are encouraged to wear cleats and required to provide a pair of shin guards to be worn at all practices and games
