You need to reach out to the NYS Public Service Commission.

 

The Public Service Commission oversees all utilities in New York State. If you have  any Con Ed, Verizon complaints - you should reach out to the PSC.  The following links could be helpful if you have a utility related dispute. They have been helpful to constituents in the past.

      Consumers with hearing or speech impairment can contact the Department of Public Service through the NYS Relay Service by dialing 711.
