Greenburgh Insider: Town Bd considering traffic changes near Seely Place School in Edgemont.

A sidewalk on Robin Hill Road....

making some streets near Seely Place School one way.

The Greenburgh Police and Public Works department is working with the Town Board and Edgemont community to address safety issues impacting motorists, bicyclists ad pedestrians. At our Town Board work session on March 22nd we discussed plans to install a sidewalk along Robin Hill Road from Mount Joy Ave to Henry Street this year. And, we also discussed some safety improvements recommended by the police.  We were scheduled to vote on the resolutions at our March 23rd meeting but decided that we should hold the resolutions over till the next meeting to provide residents with an opportunity to review the changes before we take action. We want to make sure there is maximum outreach before taking action. Comments from residents who live near the impacted streets should be sent to townboard@greenburghny.com
