Adriana Volpe has been a hartsdale  resident for 49 years and also has an event planning company for over ten years called” A Party with A Plan”; she can not wait to see all the businesses  come alive at the Halloween and sidewalk sale of East hartsdale Avenue! Adriana has been planning these events in the hamlet of Hartsdale and around the WestChester area for many years and looking forward to plan more events in the future! Thank you to the town of Greenburgh, HNA, the stores of East Hartsdale Avenue and everyone who helped me plan this amazing event!
