Greenburgh Parks and Recreation Department announces New Pickleball Courts at East Rumbrook Park

The wait is over! The new pickleball courts at East Rumbrook Park, located between the upper and lower ball fields, have been completed and are set to open tomorrow or this Friday. This exciting addition to the park would not have been possible without the hard work, support, and recommendations of department staff, the Town Board, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and members from the pickleball community.

The new courts are a welcome addition to the park and will provide local pickleball enthusiasts with a fantastic new venue to play their favorite sport. The courts are of the highest quality and will provide players with a great surface to play on.

As part of our commitment to making the park as enjoyable as possible for everyone, we are planning to install some new benches in the near future. Additionally, based on feedback from the community, we are considering installing wind screening and shade structures outside the courts to make playing pickleball as comfortable as possible.

The new pickleball courts at East Rumbrook Park, located at 600 Dobbs Ferry Rd., White Plains, NY 10607 are an exciting addition to the community and we are confident that they will be a huge hit with pickleball enthusiasts of all ages. So, come down to the park, bring your racket and some friends, and let's play some pickleball!
