With recent coyote sightings in our suburban communities, please keep in mind these safety recommendations from the N.Y. State Dept. of Environmental Conservation. You can visit the Coyote Conflicts page on their website for more details.

If you see coyotes in close proximity to your home, park or other public setting, you can also call your local police department for assistance in chasing off the animals. In the Town of Greenburgh, Animal Control can be contacted through the Greenburgh Police Dept. at (914) 989-1700.
