THE ARTS - AN INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR OF ONE RIVER SCHOOL OF ART IN HARTSDALE

SHOULD GREENBURGH ORGANIZE AN ARTS MARKET?

Greenburgh has some great businesses -including schools that focus on the arts. I recently interviewed Megan Joseph, Director of One River School of Art which is located on 112 S  Central Ave in Hartsdale. Megan talks on the show about the arts classes, camps and programs River School of the Art offers the community. She also came up with an interesting idea: an art market ---similar to the farmers market but focusing on art work. Any thoughts?  The market could be held at a park or other convenient location.  If you are interested in helping organize an arts market please advise by e mailing me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com.

If you know of any business that deserves to be promoted please send me an e mail at pfeiner@greenburghny.com. I think it's important for local government to promote our amazing local businesses and to encourage residents to shop locally.
