Greenburgh Insider: Westchester County Legislator David Imamura 12th District: Bee-Line Bus-Stop Shelter Update.

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Earlier this month, an accident on Route 9A in Ardsley caused major structural damage to a Bee-Line bus-stop shelter near one of the entrances to V.E. Macy Park. We know many of you were concerned about the damaged shelter posing a safety hazard to the community, and we are happy to share that our office worked closely with the County’s Department of Public Works and Transportation to have the shelter and bench removed. An assessment is underway to determine whether the shelter is able to be replaced. Please feel free to reach out to our office if you have any questions or concerns on this matter, and we will share any further updates as we have them. And thank you for being such patient and caring constituents.

Sincerely,
David Imamura
