Greenburgh Insider: Irvington's Shakespeare Company festival at Mercy College this weekend-it's free.

Kamran Saliani was a guest on my WVOX radio show and discusses the festival and why Shakespeare is relevant today.

Kamran Saliani  of Irvington  was the guest on my WVOX radio show recently. He discusses the   Irvington Shakespeare Festival which was held last weekend and is being held again this weekend--7:30 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Performances take place at the Verrazzano Terrace at Mercy College overlooking the magical and picturesque Hudson River. Admission is free! --with an option to donate.  The views are spectacular and the quality of the entertainment is impressive.

See the broadwayworld.com article about the production below and listen to the interview on WVOX radio with Kamran Saliani.   If your son or daughter is going to be studying Shakespeare in school this coming school year  attending the show could help them get a head start over other students understanding Shakespeare.
